Jennifer Deering has been an enormous help to me in reaching my fitness goals. Once I started working with Jen I gained a much better understanding in lifting techniques and various exercises. Jen was very flexible with my schedule and incredibly dedicated to helping me out. She gave positive feedback and helpful critiques and gave me the confidence to start lifting on my own.
